  • Our typical class begins with a short, light warm-up. The bulk of the class is spent alternating between instruction/demonstration of techniques, then breaking off with a partner to drill the techniques (usually 2-4 techniques depending on complexity). The final portion of class is always reserved for live sparring. New students are not expected to spar for their first few classes.

  • Getting started is simple! Reach out through our contact form or give us a call. Just let us know which day of the week you’d like to reserve your free trial class, and we’ll save you a spot.

  • Our basic month-to-month membership (no contract!) for unlimited classes is 175/month. We are able to offer custom plans based upon your schedule and training goals. We offer family discounts as well as discounts for paying 6 months or a year in advance. We will match the rate, including promotional rates, of any comparable competitor. We believe you should be able to choose your gym based on the quality of the instruction, training and environment, not just price!

  • Absolutely not, the best way to get in shape for jiu jitsu is to do jiu jitsu!
